Step on track
Aim: eyes through near arm pit
Hand contact

F. Cut Block
Attack outside thigh of defender by: 
driving inside shoulder and forearm through the defender's outside thigh board sa you lay out 
finish up field
 
Progression:  
1.  Straight on: "Cut bock Rt, straight on, on sound"
- execute 45 degree step
- cross face of defender
- attack outside thigh with inside shoulder and forearm as you lay out
- finish up field
 
Organization:
 
2. Angle: "Angle rt cut block, on sound"
- defender will move in designated direction (down line)
- blocker: on command, attach at an angle according to defender's position.
- Cross the defender's face and execute cut block:
- attack outside thigh with inside shoulder and forearm as you lay out
- finish upfield

G. Pass Block
Progression:
 
1. "Three punch drill"
 
TE will set to a designate side
Pass set and punch, set again and punch, and set again a third time and punch
Stay heavy on inside Leg
Keep head and shoulders back
Punch with hands inside tight into defender's chest plate

2.  "Line punch drill"
TE starts in pass set facing the defender
Defender stands sideways to the TE
On command: defender moves down the line, varying speed
Occasionally defender will fall into TE
TE shuffles and stays square on defender
When defender falls into TE, TE will punch and reset
Repeat down the line
 
*Stay Square
*Maintain good pass set
*Do not click heels
*Do not overextend on the punch
